Baroque orchestra Collegium 1704 likes to return to Church of St. Anne. Its concerts are sold out although it duplicates them for great interest its music.

This can be confirmed not only by the concert-goers, but also everyone who plays at home a CD recorded by this orchestra. It was recorded at the Church of St. Anne and so will be their next CD, to whose recording in March Collegium 1704 looks forward to.
The series of concerts given at the Prague Crossroads by Collegium 1704 will continue until this April. The nearest concerts will be performed on 17 and 18 February 2016, when the Prague Crossroads will resonate with the story of the passion and crucifixion Jesus Christ in the form of Passion oratorio La Passione secondo Giovanni by Alessandro Scarlatti. “St John Passion” is mainly known to audiences in the version of J.S. Bach, but the tradition of Passion plays is deeply rooted in catholic Italy, and represented by the founder of the Naples opera school Alessandro Scarlatti.
