Japanese composer and pianist Hiromi Uehara will perform at the Prague Crossroads within the Young Tune Jazz festival on 7 April. For the first time in history one of the highlights of the Young Tune Jazz festival will take place at the Prague Crossroads. Japanese pianist Hiromi Uehara, Grammy winner and one of the most influential jazz(wo)man today has chosen the this unique interior as the venue for her first solo performance in the Czech Republic.
For the fifth year already, the Young Tune Jazz festival promotes jazz oriented music, it promotes young musicians and enriches culture in Prague and the Czech Republic. This year visitors can look forward to 7 concert evenings, as well as a number of workshops, public concerts in the centre of Prague or the possibility to participate in the traditional competition to record a debut album.
